Established in Kent in 2004 we specialize in freestyle kick boxing and mixed martial arts (MMA). Our instructors have many years of experience and have competed in and won competitions at a national level.We strive in providing a high level of training whilst making exercising fun for kids and adults.

All newcomers welcome whether you are new to martial arts or graded in another style whether you are interested in grades, competitions, self defence or just keeping fit and toned we can provide training.
